The Academic Advising Committee of the most important internal committees, Department of Physics has been the establishment of this committee to resolve the dilemmas and difficulties which students face in their academic schedules and their academic career at the university and the department, as it defines students university rules and regulations and a list of student rights. As well as the Commission's academic care for students.

Tasks of the Committee:
1. Instruct the undergraduate students at the beginning of each semester by reviewing their academic schedule.
2. Make sure the students pass the requirements Courses and allow them to register the new courses.
3. Make sure the student's access to a minimum of credit hours during the semester and do not allow the students to go beyond the upper limit of credit hours.
4. Follow-up of students who are about to graduate and make sure of the credit hours required for graduation.
5. Equivalent courses for students transferring from other universities as visitor student in our department.
