Abstract |

This thesis contains an introduction, preface,
and academic section, the core of the research, the
conclusion, the results andrecommendations, and
then the overall indexes.
The introduction contained the significance of
the subject and the reason for this choice, the
literature, the research plan and methodology.The
preface contained the definition ofthe
term“provision verses”orAyat Al-Ahkam, a brief
summaryabout the science of Jurisprudential
interpretation and its origins, followed by a
presentation of the most important works in the
provisions of the Quran.The academic section
contains a biographyof Imam in nine
subsections.The core of the research contained the
verses of provisions quoted by Imam Al-Nawawi in
his book “Al-Magmoue” fromthe verse (101) of
Surat Al-Nesaa to the end of verse No, (5) of Surat
Al-Ma’edahof the Holy Quran, explaining the
reasons for his inference and usage of verse to
elicit the jurisprudential provision, by a detailed
jurisprudential comparative study mentioning and

discussing the evidence of each viewpoint and then
by weighing and judgment.
Provision verses in this research are (8) verses,
and the jurisprudential provisions extracted from
these verses are (25).
This research assured the importance of the
subject of the jurisprudence of the verses of
provisions, and the need to take care of, and its
close relation to Quran.It was also shown that
writing in such subject develops the
researcher’stalent of understanding of the texts of
verses. This research highlighted the jurisprudence
of the verses of the provisions in Imam Al-Nawawi
through his book“Kitab Al-Magmoue” and
explained how he reasoned the jurisprudential
provision by the verse. The research concluded
with the recommendations and findings. |
