Abstract : Numerous bone grafting techniques with and without immediate implant placement have been advocated . A maxillary one stage antral and nasal lift techniques combined with free autogenous corticocancellous iliac bone grafts secured by endosseous titanium implants were performed to nine patients suffering from compromised maxilla , with great survival and success rates
